Problem

Core employee tools for the newly employeed such as onboarding courses, org charts, employee benefits, and company calenders are all spread out in different internal platforms. Employees are often confused where to go to access these different tools.

Goal

We want to create an integrated one-stop experience that connects everyone t o the life, career and community support they need to thrive at Meta.
